Let me start by saying: I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to app selection.

There's a reason so many apps exist. Our brains think differently. Our lives/businesses run differently.

But – if you're curious about the tools I use, they're listed below. You can also checkout my free guide: 17 Smart Tools Solopreneurs Need to Start, Grow, and Scale.

  • Airtable: My "source of truth" for everything related to my business
  • Trello: Project management for client deliverables and my own creative work
  • Todoist: Keeping track of my to-do list and recurring tasks
